Summer 2025 EP Homiek Open House: A Celebration of Innovation in HVAC
Summer 2025 is upon us, and the cooling season is here once again in full force. EP Homiek recently hosted our much-anticipated annual open house at our spacious Lakewood, New Jersey location, drawing HVAC professionals from across Monmouth and Ocean counties for a day of networking, learning, and celebration.
We were delighted to welcome a comprehensive lineup of industry-leading vendors who were eager to engage with contractors, showcase their latest offerings, and demonstrate cutting-edge products designed to revolutionize the HVAC landscape. The impressive roster included renowned names such as Bryant, American Standard, Honeywell, Diverse Tech, TCL Air Conditioning, ZM, JPL, Goodwin Archer, and several other distinguished manufacturers and suppliers.
Attendees were treated to an exciting array of new products, innovative tools, and forward-thinking solutions from established companies like Honeywell and other trusted industry names. Many vendors conducted live demonstrations highlighting how their products could significantly enhance contractors’ sales presentations and streamline equipment installation processes. The exhibits featured numerous time-saving products specifically engineered to increase efficiency on service calls, alongside specialized tools designed to boost contractor productivity on job sites of all sizes and complexities.
Particularly noteworthy were the presentations on emerging technologies in customer acquisition, featuring new and creative ways to effectively advertise HVAC services to homeowners in our digital age. From advanced social media strategies to innovative direct marketing approaches, there was always something new and valuable to learn from the diverse experts representing various sectors of our industry.
The excitement peaked during our much-anticipated raffle drawing, where we gave away two exceptional grand prizes: a deluxe American Standard hot water heater (perfect for upcoming installations) and an impressive large Traeger grill that had everyone talking. The lucky winners were absolutely thrilled with their prizes, making the event even more memorable.
For the culinary highlight of the day, we welcomed back the beloved Fork In The Road food truck, widely acknowledged for serving the best hamburgers in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Complementing this popular returning favorite, we also hosted a specialty pizza vendor who brought his own professional-grade mobile ovens to create delicious custom pies and generous slices made to order throughout the event.
As we watched contractors and technicians reconnect and share stories, it reinforced just how tight-knit the HVAC community truly is. Many of the professionals in attendance have known each other for years, even decades, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and mutual respect. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves while savoring the excellent food and trading industry tales and experiences, though many had to depart after a short while to attend to scheduled service calls – a reminder that even during celebrations, our industry remains dedicated to serving customers promptly.
